Born from my personal passion to help others and my professional promise to raise standards, Tendy Lindsay Consultancy is on a mission to create a community of businesses and individuals that lead the way in compliance and culture. 

I am proud to have had an extensive career in the legal and trading standards professions; overseeing projects ranging from supporting global businesses to protect their intellectual property, advising independent businesses on your local high street and taking on criminal gangs intent on exploiting some of our society's most vulnerable individuals.

This rewarding journey has seen me work across countless sectors and industry leaders here in the United Kingdom and globally across Europe, Africa and The Caribbean. Throughout this wide-ranging and diverse work, one constant has always remained - The people at the heart of every case, business or project. The unique privilege to positively impact people's lives and livelihoods is my number one motivator, seeing me always place people at the forefront of my work.

This passion for others has seen me take on numerous additional roles and responsibilities, most notably working to transform the culture within the trading standards profession, establishing and leading our award-winning Race & Equalities working group, delivering transformational training, workshops and helping shape policy. 

Trading standards, legal compliance and such associated work can often feel daunting for businesses and individuals. This can be particularly evident for those just starting out and for entrepreneurs representing Black and Ethnic Minority backgrounds, whom disproportionality find their businesses under scrutiny and facing enforcement.

I am here to work alongside you, to help your business succeed and develop sustainable solutions for you and your teams.
